It is with great sadness that the members of the Royal Volunteer Coastal Patrol SA Inc. advise of the passing of a much-loved and valued Port Victoria Division member, Barb Lowcock.

Barb was a dedicated shore based member of our rescue family, always willing to lend a hand, offer encouragement, and contribute her time and care to our organisation and community. Her kindness, generosity and commitment to volunteering will be deeply missed by all who had the privilege of knowing and working alongside her.

We extend our sincere condolences to Barb’s family, friends and loved ones during this difficult time. Our thoughts are with you all.

Thank you, Barb, for your service, friendship and the difference you made. You will not be forgotten.
